It's on again. The Gazza Nationals, named after the man
himself... Gary Myers.
This 2 day event features a burnout competition, the best
drifters in Australia, go to whoa, straight line superskids,
jet car displays, the dash for cash, Meguiars show and
shine, displays and much more with over $30,000 in cash and
prizes to be won.
Adults get in for $25 a day or $45 for a weekend pass,
children get in for $10 a day or $15 for a weekend pass.
Take the family for the day (2 adults, 2 children) and it'll
cost you $60 or $110 for the weekend.
Saturday is open to spectators from 11.00am to 10.00pm and
Sunday from 9.00am onwards. Trophy presentation is at 4.00pm
on the Sunday.
With the lack of legal off-street Drag racing in the city of
churches, this is as good a time as any to dust off the
tyres and get out there amongst the action.
